Booking windows give you flexible control over when clients can use their class packages. When you create a package (like a 4-class pass), you can set two important timeframes: the package duration (how many classes they get) and the booking window (the timeframe they can choose from). For example, with a 4-class package and 8-week booking window: when a client selects their first class date, they see 8 weeks of available dates starting from that selected date, and they can choose any 4 weeks within that 8-week window. Without a booking window, classes are booked consecutively for the number of weeks in the package. This system lets you offer flexibility while maintaining structure in your scheduling.
