Go to your admin dashboard and navigate to the Promotions section. Click 'Create Promotion' and then select 'Discount Coupon'. Set up your discount - you can choose percentage off (like 20%) or fixed amount off (like £5 off). Set the coupon code that clients will enter, add a description, and configure usage limits (how many times it can be used) and expiry dates. You can make coupons active or inactive to control when they're available. Clients enter the coupon code during checkout to receive the discount.
