How do clients use session bundles?

There are two ways to purchase and use session bundles:

1. Purchase During Class Booking

When booking a class, clients can select a bundle as a payment option. After purchasing the bundle:

The bundle is automatically applied to that class booking
They can immediately book another class
If on the same device/browser: Their bundle code will appear as a payment option for future bookings - they can simply select it to use their bundle (no need to enter the code)
If on a different device/browser: They can use the bundle code sent via email by entering it in the coupon/bundle field during checkout; or if they log in via 'my-account' their bundle code will appear as a payment option when booking an eligible class.

Clients can buy a bundle directly from the bundles section on the instructor's page. After purchase, they have two options:

Book Later: Use the bundle code from the confirmation email when ready to book classes. They'll enter this code in the coupon/bundle field during checkout.
Book Classes Now: Immediately select classes from a list of eligible options and complete multiple bookings at once (up to the number of sessions in their bundle).

All bundles can be viewed in the My Account page under the 'My Bundles' tab, where clients can:

Bundle codes are locked to the client's email address after first use to prevent sharing
The system automatically validates the code and checks that it applies to the class being booked
One session is deducted from the bundle each time it's used
Only bundles with remaining sessions and that haven't expired will be shown or accepted
