A booking cutoff time allows you to prevent clients from booking classes too close to the class start time. When creating or editing a class, you can enable a booking cutoff time by checking 'Add a booking cutoff time' in the class settings. Then specify the number of hours before the class start time when bookings will no longer be allowed. For example, if you set a 24-hour cutoff, clients won't be able to book within 24 hours of the class start time. This helps you manage class preparation, ensure adequate notice for attendance, and prevent last-minute bookings that might disrupt your schedule.
