What is a booking cutoff time and how do I set it?

A booking cutoff time allows you to control when clients can book classes relative to the class start time. When creating or editing a class, you can enable a booking cutoff time by checking 'Add a booking cutoff time' in the class settings.

You can set the cutoff in two ways:

Positive values (e.g., 24): Prevent bookings within this many hours before the class start time. For example, if you set a 24-hour cutoff, clients won't be able to book within 24 hours of the class start time. This helps you manage class preparation, ensure adequate notice for attendance, and prevent last-minute bookings that might disrupt your schedule.

Negative values (e.g., -0.5): Allow bookings up to this many hours after the class has started. For example, if you set -0.5 (30 minutes), clients can book the class up to 30 minutes after it has started. This is useful for accommodating late arrivals or allowing bookings during the class for clients adapting to a new booking system.
