How do I issue refunds?

When you delete a booking from your booking management section, you can issue a refund for Stripe payments directly within Classta. When deleting a booking, you'll see an option to enable refunds - you can then choose to refund the full amount or enter a partial refund amount. The refund will be processed automatically through your Stripe account. Note: For other payment types (PayPal or cash payments), refunds need to be processed directly in those payment platforms. PayPal refunds must be issued through your PayPal account, and cash payments are handled between you and the client directly.
