What format do I need to export from Bookwhen?

You need to export the 'Attendance' report from Bookwhen, not the customers or events export. In Bookwhen, go to Bookings → Options → Export Attendances (CSV). This format includes the required columns: Event title, Attended?, Event starts, Event ends, and customer email addresses. The importer will validate your file and show clear error messages if you upload the wrong format.
