How do I create online meeting links for my classes?

To automatically create Zoom meeting links for new bookings, first connect your Zoom account in Settings → Profile. Once connected, go to Classes and edit any class you want to offer online. In the class settings, enable 'Create Zoom meeting link when this class is booked'.

This creates one meeting link shared by all participants in the same class session - perfect for both group classes and 1-1 sessions. Meeting links are automatically included in booking confirmation emails.

Alternative options: If you prefer to use your own meeting link, you can create a Zoom link manually and paste it in the custom instructions field (e.g., you may want to include your personal meeting link). Alternatively, if you don't have Zoom, you can use Jitsi Meet for free.
