Refunds are not automatic and must be requested directly from your instructor. To request a refund, you'll need to contact the instructor who runs the class. Most instructors have strict refund policies that specify when refunds can be given, and many instructors don't offer refunds at all. These policies are typically outlined in the booking terms and conditions that you agree to when booking. We don't automate refunds or provide a way for clients to request refunds directly - this is handled between you and your instructor based on their specific policy.
