How do I buy and use session bundles?

Session bundles let you purchase multiple classes at once, often at a discounted price. Here's everything you need to know about buying and using them.

Buying a Session Bundle

There are two ways to purchase a session bundle:

Option 1: Buy During Class Booking

1. When booking a class, look for bundle options in the booking wizard
2. Select the bundle you'd like to purchase (you'll see the price and number of sessions included)
3. Complete the purchase - your bundle will be automatically applied to that class
4. You can immediately book another class, or save your bundle for later

Tip: If you're on the same device/browser, your bundle code will automatically appear as a payment option for future bookings - just select it when checking out!

Option 2: Buy from the Bundles Section

1. Navigate to the bundles section on your instructor's page
2. Browse available bundles and their pricing
3. Click to purchase your chosen bundle
4. After purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with your bundle code

Once you have your bundle, you can:

• Book classes immediately - You'll see a list of eligible classes and can book multiple at once (up to the number of sessions in your bundle)
• Book later - Save your bundle code and use it when you're ready to book

Using Your Bundle Code

If You're on the Same Device/Browser

• Your bundle will automatically appear as a payment option when booking classes
• Simply select your bundle when checking out - no code entry needed!

If You're on a Different Device/Browser

1. Either log in via "My account" to have bundle codes retrieved and added as payment options to the booking form. You will then see 'Use your bundle' as a payment option on the booking form.
2. Or when booking a class, look for a 'Got a bundle code?' link and click that.
3. Enter your bundle code (found in your confirmation email)
4. The system will validate your code and apply the discount
5. Complete your booking - one session will be deducted from your bundle

Managing Your Bundles

You can view and manage all your bundles in My Account:

1. Go to your instructor's page and click "My Account"
2. Navigate to the "My Bundles" tab
3. Here you can:
   • See all your purchased bundles
   • Check how many sessions you have left (e.g., "3 of 6 sessions remaining")
   • View expiry dates
   • Copy your bundle code with one click

Important Things to Know

• Bundle codes are linked to your email - After first use, your code is locked to your email address to keep your sessions secure
• One session per booking - Each time you use your bundle, one session is deducted
• Expiry dates - Make sure to use all your sessions before the bundle expires
• Validation - The system automatically checks that your bundle applies to the class you're booking
• Eligibility - Only bundles with remaining sessions that haven't expired will be shown or accepted
