How to Create a Manual Booking

Manually add bookings for clients who book over the phone, in person, or need special assistance

  1. Step 1: Go to your admin dashboard and click the "Bookings" tab
  2. Step 2: Click the "Create Booking" button (usually at the top of the bookings list)
  3. Step 3: Fill in the client information:
  4. Step 4:
    • Name: Client\'s full name
    • Email: Client\'s email address (required)
    • Phone: Contact number (optional)
    • Emergency Contact: Name and phone (optional but recommended)
  5. Step 5: If the client already exists in your system, start typing their email and select them from the dropdown. If new, enter their details and they\'ll be added automatically
  6. Step 6: Select the class from the dropdown menu
  7. Step 7: Choose the booking date and time
  8. Step 8: Select the booking type:
  9. Step 9:
    • Single: One class session
    • Package: Multiple sessions (if the class has packages available)
  10. Step 10: If creating a package booking, the system will create bookings for all sessions in the package automatically
  11. Step 11: Choose whether to send a confirmation email to the client
  12. Step 12: Click "Create Booking" to save
  13. Step 13: The booking will appear in your bookings list immediately. If you enabled email confirmation, the client will receive a booking confirmation email
  14. Step 14: Note: Manual bookings don\'t process payment through the system. Handle payment separately (cash, bank transfer, etc.)
