How to Reschedule a Booking

Move a booking to a different date or time, or to a different class

  1. Step 1: Go to your admin dashboard and click the "Bookings" tab
  2. Step 2: Find the booking you want to reschedule
  3. Step 3: Click the "Edit Date" or "Reschedule" button (usually visible in the booking actions)
  4. Step 4: You\'ll see a dialog showing available alternative dates for the same class
  5. Step 5: The system will recommend dates based on:
  6. Step 6:
    • Class availability
    • Package booking windows (if applicable)
    • Upcoming scheduled class dates
  7. Step 7: Select the new date and time from the available options
  8. Step 8: If you want to move the booking to a completely different class:
  9. Step 9:
    • First, cancel/delete the current booking
    • Then create a new manual booking for the different class
  10. Step 10: Click "Update" or "Reschedule" to confirm
  11. Step 11: The booking will be updated to the new date immediately
  12. Step 12: If you enabled email notifications, the client will receive an email automatically informing them of the date change
  13. Step 13: For package bookings: Rescheduling one session doesn\'t affect the other sessions in the package
  14. Step 14: Client Self-Rescheduling: If your class settings allow it, clients can request to reschedule their own bookings from their account page. You\'ll receive a notification and can approve or decline the request
