How to Skip Holidays (Exclude Dates)
Exclude specific dates like Christmas, bank holidays, or vacation periods from your class schedule
- Step 1: Go to your admin dashboard and click "Classes"
- Step 2: Click on the class you want to edit, or create a new class
- Step 3: Scroll down to the "Schedule" or "Advanced Settings" section
- Step 4: Find the "Excluded Dates" or "Skip Dates" field
- Step 5: Enter dates you want to exclude, one per line, in YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g., 2024-12-25)

- Step 8: You can also exclude date ranges by listing each date in the range
- Step 9: Click "Save" to apply the exclusions
- Step 10: Excluded dates will not appear on your public booking calendar
- Step 11: Existing bookings on excluded dates will remain, but no new bookings can be made for those dates
- Step 12: Tip: Plan ahead and add holiday exclusions when you create your class, or update them seasonally
- Step 13: Alternative: You can also use start and end dates to limit when a class series runs, which is useful for term-based classes
