How to Allow Clients to Reschedule Bookings Themselves

Enable self-service rescheduling so clients can change their booking dates without contacting you

  1. Step 1: Go to your admin dashboard and click "Classes"
  2. Step 2: Click on the class you want to edit
  3. Step 3: Scroll down to the "Booking Settings" or "Advanced Settings" section
  4. Step 4: Find the "Client Self-Rescheduling" or "Allow Rescheduling" option
  5. Step 5: Enable "Allow clients to reschedule their own bookings"
  6. Step 6: Set the "Reschedule Day Range": This is how many days before the booked date clients can reschedule (e.g., 7 days means clients can reschedule up to 7 days before their class)

    • 7 days: Clients can reschedule up to a week in advance
    • 14 days: More flexibility for clients
    • 24 hours: Last-minute changes only
  9. Step 9: Click "Save" to apply the settings
  10. Step 10: Clients can now reschedule their own bookings:

    • They log in to their account (via magic link from booking email)
    • Go to "My Bookings" or "My Account"
    • Click "Reschedule" on their booking
    • Select a new available date from the calendar
    • The booking is automatically updated - no approval needed

    • Frees up spots automatically when clients reschedule
    • Clients can only reschedule to available dates (system prevents double-booking)
  14. Step 14: Note: If a class doesn\'t allow self-rescheduling, clients can still request changes, but you\'ll need to approve them manually from your Bookings tab
