How to Allow Clients to Reschedule Bookings Themselves
Enable self-service rescheduling so clients can change their booking dates without contacting you
- Step 1: Go to your admin dashboard and click "Classes"
- Step 2: Click on the class you want to edit
- Step 3: Scroll down to the "Booking Settings" or "Advanced Settings" section
- Step 4: Find the "Client Self-Rescheduling" or "Allow Rescheduling" option
- Step 5: Enable "Allow clients to reschedule their own bookings"
- Step 6: Set the "Reschedule Day Range": This is how many days before the booked date clients can reschedule (e.g., 7 days means clients can reschedule up to 7 days before their class)

- 7 days: Clients can reschedule up to a week in advance
- 14 days: More flexibility for clients
- 24 hours: Last-minute changes only
- Step 9: Click "Save" to apply the settings
- Step 10: Clients can now reschedule their own bookings:

- They log in to their account (via magic link from booking email)
- Go to "My Bookings" or "My Account"
- Click "Reschedule" on their booking
- Select a new available date from the calendar
- The booking is automatically updated - no approval needed

- Clients can only reschedule to available dates (system prevents double-booking)
