How to Check Clients In


Step 1: Each booking confirmation and reminder email sent to clients includes a "Check In" button that generates a unique QR code

Step 2: When clients arrive at class, they open their booking email and click the "Check In" button to display their QR code on their phone

Step 3: To scan the QR code:

  • Open your phone's camera app (most modern phones have built-in QR code scanning)
  • Point the camera at the client's QR code
  • The camera will recognize the QR code and show a notification
  • Tap the notification to open the booking page
  • Alternatively, use any QR scanner app from your app store

Step 4: When you scan the QR code, it will open the booking details page in your admin dashboard

Step 5: Click "Mark as Attended" on that page to instantly record their attendance


Benefits of QR Code Check-In:

  • Fast - check in a full class in under a minute
  • No need to search through booking lists
  • Accurate - no confusion about names or spelling
  • Professional - clients just show their phone
  • Works even if you don't know the client's name

Disabling QR Codes: If you prefer not to use QR codes, you can disable them in your class settings. Clients will still receive booking confirmations, but without the QR code check-in option

Method 2: Manual Check-In (Booking Panel)


Step 1: Go to your admin dashboard and click the "Bookings" tab

Step 2: Find the booking you want to mark as attended. You can search by:

  • Client name or email
  • Class name
  • Date range
  • Today's bookings only (use the filter)

Step 3: Using Calendar View to Find Today's Classes:

  • In the Bookings tab, switch to Calendar View (if available)
  • The calendar view makes it easy to see all classes for a specific date
  • Click on today's date to quickly see all of today's bookings in one place
  • This is especially helpful when you have multiple classes throughout the day
  • You can navigate between dates using the calendar navigation arrows

Step 4: Once you find the booking, click the "Mark as Attended" button

Step 5: The booking will be updated immediately, and you'll see a checkmark or "Attended" badge

Step 6: To unmark attendance (if marked by mistake), click "Unmark Attended"


Tips for Efficient Check-In

  • Use QR codes during busy classes - much faster than manual check-in
  • Use manual check-in for small classes or when you need to review booking details
  • Use the calendar view in the Bookings tab to quickly find today's classes - just click on today's date
  • Filter bookings by "Today" to see only today's classes
  • Attendance is tracked in your booking reports and analytics
  • You can export attendance data for record-keeping
