How to Check Clients In

Mark attendance using QR codes or manually in your booking panel

  1. Step 1: Method 1: QR Code Check-In (Recommended)
  2. Step 2: Each booking confirmation and reminder email sent to clients includes a "Check In" button that generates a unique QR code
  3. Step 3: When clients arrive at class, they open their booking email and click the "Check In" button to display their QR code on their phone
  4. Step 4: To scan the QR code:

    • Open your phone\'s camera app (most modern phones have built-in QR code scanning)
    • Point the camera at the client\'s QR code
    • The camera will recognize the QR code and show a notification
    • Tap the notification to open the booking page
    • Alternatively, use any QR scanner app from your app store
  6. Step 6: When you scan the QR code, it will open the booking details page in your admin dashboard
  7. Step 7: Click "Mark as Attended" on that page to instantly record their attendance

    • No need to search through booking lists
    • Accurate - no confusion about names or spelling

  10. Step 10: Disabling QR Codes: If you prefer not to use QR codes, you can disable them in your class settings. Clients will still receive booking confirmations, but without the QR code check-in option
  11. Step 11: Method 2: Manual Check-In (Booking Panel)
  12. Step 12: Go to your admin dashboard and click the "Bookings" tab
  13. Step 13: Find the booking you want to mark as attended
  14. Step 14: You can search by:

    • Client name or email
    • Class name
    • Date range
    • Today\'s bookings only (use the filter)
  16. Step 16: Once you find the booking, click the "Mark as Attended" button
  17. Step 17: The booking will be updated immediately, and you\'ll see a checkmark or "Attended" badge
  18. Step 18: To unmark attendance (if marked by mistake), click "Unmark Attended"
