Can a class have a waitlist?

Yes, in class settings scroll down to and expand Additional Settings where you can check 'Enable Waitlist'.

Optionally set a number of minutes to delay between sending a notification to each person on the waitlist.

E.g. if you enter 30 minutes then the first person who entered the wait list will get notified immediately, and the second will receive a notification 30 minutes later and so on. So each person gets 30 minutes to book before the next person is notified.

Setting the delay time to 0 minutes means everyone gets notified at once.

When a client clicks on a class that is full and has waitlist enabled they will get the option to add themselves to the waitlist. They will be asked for their email address and optionally a mobile number. They will then be notified when a cancellation occurs. If they provide a phone number an SMS will be sent as well as an email.

Viewing Your Waitlist

To view people on your waitlist, go to Bookings in your dashboard, scroll down and click 'View waitlist' at the bottom.
