Can I offer member only classes?

Yes! You can create classes that are exclusively available to your members. This is perfect for offering exclusive content, VIP sessions, or special member benefits.

How to create a member-only class

1. Go to your Classes tab in your admin dashboard
2. Create a new class or edit an existing one
3. In the Pricing Options section:
   • Uncheck "Allow single class bookings"
   • Ensure you have no packages added to the class
4. In the Membership Access section:
   • Select one or more memberships that should have access to this class
   • You can set a special member price (or leave it blank for free access)
5. Save your class

How it works

For members (logged in)

• Members will see the class in your calendar
• They can book it normally through the booking flow
• If you've set a member price, they'll see that price; if it's free, they'll see £0.00

For non-members

• Non-members will see the class in your calendar
• When they try to book, they'll see a message: "This class is exclusively for members. Please log in with your membership to book."
• They'll be prompted to log in with their membership credentials
• If they aren't yet members they will need to buy the membership once logged in
• Once logged in, and they have subscribed to a membership, they can complete the booking

Important notes

• You must assign at least one membership to the class for it to work as members-only
• Packages are optional - you can have members-only classes with or without packages
• Uncheck Allow single class bookings - otherwise anyone can book a class

Combining with other options

You can also create classes that serve both members and the general public:

• Members-only - Only members can book (no single bookings, no packages, just memberships)
