Do my clients need an account?
Your clients do not need to create an account before they book with you.
Once they have booked for the first time an account will be created for them automatically. To log in they simply need to click on 'My Account' on your booking page and enter the email address they used when they booked.
This is where they can view their bookings, make/request changes and access memberships if you offer them. Booking confirmation emails includes a link to my-account in them.
Initially clients simply need to enter their email address and get a magic link by email to complete the login. Once logged in they can, if they wish, create a password and use that in future.
