Can I add class photos to my booking page?

Yes! You can add one photo per class that will appear in the class description popup on your booking page.

How to add a class photo

1. Go to your Admin Dashboard
2. Click on the class you want to add a photo to
3. In the class settings, scroll to the Description field
4. Look for the "Add photo (optional)" link on the right side of the description area (next to the "Polish this with AI" button)
5. Click the link to open the upload dialog
6. Select an image file (JPEG, PNG, or WebP up to 5MB)
7. Once uploaded, you'll see a thumbnail preview with a delete button

The photo will automatically save when you save your class settings.

Where the photo appears

When clients view your booking page and click the info icon (ℹ️) on a class entry in the calendar, they'll see:

• The class description
• Your class photo (displayed below the description)

The photo helps clients visualize your class and can make your booking page more engaging.

Multiple photos

Currently, you can add one photo per class. If you'd like to showcase multiple photos, we recommend:

• Adding a link to your website in the class description where you have a photo gallery
• Sharing additional photos on your social media accounts and linking to them in the description
• Using the class description to direct clients to your website or social media for more visual content

Tips

• Use high-quality images that represent your class well
• Keep file sizes reasonable (under 5MB) for faster loading
• Consider using landscape-oriented photos for better display in the popup
• You can always update or remove the photo by editing the class settings
