How to Create and Print Membership Cards

Membership cards are professional, credit card-sized ID cards that you can print for your members. Each card includes member details, a QR code for quick access to member information, and your business branding.

Accessing the Membership Card Feature

1. Navigate to Admin Dashboard → Memberships tab
2. Click on a membership to open the membership details
3. Go to the Members tab
4. You'll see a list of all members subscribed to that membership

Printing a Membership Card

1. Find the member in the member list
2. Click the Print Card button (printer icon) next to the member's name
3. The membership card will open in a new browser tab
4. Click the Print Card button in the bottom right corner, or use your browser's print function (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P)
5. Select your printer or choose "Save as PDF" to create a digital copy

What's Included on the Card

Each membership card displays:

• Member's profile photo (or a profile icon if no photo is available)
• Membership name (e.g., "Premium Membership")
• Member's name
• Expiry/Renewal date
• Member ID (unique identifier)
• QR code (scannable code that links to the member's client record)
• Your business name and logo (bottom right corner)

Card Specifications

• Size: Credit card size (85.6mm × 53.98mm)
• Format: Optimized for printing on standard paper or card stock
• Layout: ID card style with passport-sized photo

Tips for Best Results

• Print on card stock for a professional, durable membership card
• Use high-quality paper if printing on regular paper
• Adjust printer settings to ensure the card prints at the correct size
• Save as PDF first if you want to print multiple copies later

QR Code Feature

The QR code on each membership card allows you to quickly access the member's full client record:

1. Scan the QR code with your phone or tablet
2. You'll be redirected to the member's client details page
3. If you're not logged in, you'll be prompted to log in first

This is especially useful for checking member information on-the-go or during in-person interactions.

Troubleshooting

Card doesn't open?

• Make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser
• Check that the member subscription is active

Photo not showing?

• The member may not have uploaded a profile picture yet
• A profile icon will be displayed instead

Print button not visible?

• Make sure you're viewing the card in a new tab (not in a popup)
• The print button appears in the bottom right corner of the screen
