How do I update my payment details or cancel my subscription for a membership?

If you have a subscription to a membership and wish to update your payment details, or cancel you can do this by logging in on your instructor's booking page. Visit the instructor's page and click on 'My Account'. Log in there with your email address (if it is your first time request a magic link).

Go to the Memberships tab and against your membership you should see two buttons:

• Update payment method
• Manage subscription

Use these to change your payment details or cancel.
