What are packages and how do I create one?

Packages let you offer multiple classes at a discounted price to encourage clients to book several sessions at once.

For example:

  • Single class: £10
  • 4-class package: £35

Clients can choose a package when booking and select multiple dates in one go.

How packages work

When a client clicks on a class, they will see any available packages alongside the single class price.

By default, packages work from the date the client selects:

  • If they click a class on a specific date, the package will start from that date
  • They can then choose their sessions from the available upcoming classes
  • Depending on your setup, they may be able to choose specific dates or have them pre-selected

This works well for ongoing weekly classes.

Fixed block packages (e.g. term bookings)

If you run classes in set blocks (e.g. a 6-week course starting on a specific date), you can create a fixed package so that:

  • Clients always book the full block
  • Everyone books the same set of dates
  • Clients cannot start part-way through

To do this, enable:

Fixed package start date

Then:

  • Select the start date of your block
  • The package will always show dates from this point
  • Clients will be required to book the full set of sessions

This is ideal for courses, terms, or structured programmes.

How to create a package

  1. Edit or create a class and click the Pricing tab
  2. Find the Packages section

    Click Add Package

    Enter:

    • Number of sessions (e.g. 4 or 6)
    • Price
    • Optional booking window (allows clients to book the set number of sessions within a window - allowing for holidays etc)
  3. (Optional) Set a Fixed package start date if you want a block booking
  4. Save your changes

Your package will now appear when clients book classes.

When should I use packages?

Use packages when you want to:

  • Encourage repeat bookings
  • Offer better value for multiple sessions
  • Fill classes in advance

Use fixed start date packages when:

  • You run courses or term-based classes
  • You want everyone to attend the same sessions
  • You don’t want clients joining mid-way through

Packages vs session bundles

  • Packages → Clients choose dates while booking
  • Session bundles → Clients buy sessions to use later
