Can I password protect classes?

Yes. You can make a class visible on your public booking page while requiring an access code before anyone can book it.

To enable this:

1. Edit the class.
2. Select the Schedule tab.
3. Scroll down and enable Lock booking with an access code.
4. Enter the access code you want to use and save your changes.

Anyone viewing your booking page will still be able to see the class, but they'll need to enter the correct access code before they can complete a booking.

This is useful if you want to:

• Give existing members or regular attendees priority access to a new class.
• Allow only invited participants to book.
• Advertise an upcoming class while restricting bookings until a later date.

Once you no longer need to restrict access, simply remove the access code and save the class. Bookings will then be open to everyone as normal.

Tip: This is a good alternative to using private booking links. With an access code, visitors can still see that the class is available on your schedule, while only those with the code can book it.
